Company Experience

Alison Beddard began her career at Commerce Real Estate Solutions in 2005 when she joined the highly regarded Office Team. She brought her strong work ethic and high energy to the organization, and spent time working with two of the most successful office brokers in the Salt Lake area, Jon Cowley and Rich Nordlund.

Alison has developed a niche in the downtown and east side markets of Salt Lake City while maintaining strong working relationships across the state and country. Working with such properties as The Judge Building, The Crandall Building, 310 S Main, Trolley Corners and other significant downtown properties, Alison knows what it takes to maintain asset value over the long term while balancing the immediate demands of each unique property. She also has significant experience working with local businesses and growing companies interested in commercial real estate as both an investment vehicle and operational capacity. Working with owner-occupier properties of all shapes and sizes she has assisted buyers and sellers in creating value and promoting long-term real estate growth strategies for small businesses.

Alison owned and operated a successful property management company and gained experience working with tenants, landlords and property owners. Before her transition to the brokerage side, she obtained valuable knowledge in lease negotiations, contract resolution, how to find and manage investment properties and most importantly what it takes to close transactions. She understands the importance of listening to clients and their needs, takes the time to learn what is important to them, builds trust, and then proceeds in a professional manner, helping her clients reach their objectives.

Alison has had the opportunity to work with such clients as DeVry University, Utah Bankers Association, Logan Simpson Design, Essential Healthcare Solutions and Catholic Community Services. Alison knows what it takes to be successful and she gives the effort necessary to assure not only her own success but that of each of her clients.

Alison is an avid member of CREW Utah and has served as the Membership Committee Chair for two years. Her strong relationships within the CREW Network span both the local and national level.

Alison has a strong belief in education, graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science. She understands the importance of continually acquiring knowledge and uses that drive to keep herself on the cutting edge of everything she does. Alison is dedicated to her success and in turn passes that dedication on to assure the success of her clients.
