Sue Baugh joined Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions in 2008. With more than 20 years of real estate experience. Sue brings to her clients a unique ability to align a firm's real estate strategy with its business objectives. Sue's business acumen and superior negotiating skills make her a powerful advocate for her clients' interests. Her style is collaborative and client-centered. She listens to her clients' needs, quickly understands their objectives and applies her expertise to a solution in ways that save both time and money.

Sue has been a Managing Director of Leasing for Equity Office and Wright Runstad & Company, responsible for 2.5 million square feet in Bellevue and a Vice President for The Staubach Company. She has extensive experience in multi-department management, personnel management, and tenant and broker relations.

Sue's approach to tenant representation combines both her market knowledge as an experienced broker and professional management expertise as a manager in multiple industries. She has a reputation for high integrity combined with excellent customer service that consistently exceeds client expectations. A sample of significant transactions as a Landlord Representative include: Foster Pepper & Shefelman, Corinthian Colleges, CH2M Hill, HQ Global, Riddell Williams, Infospace, Inslee Best, Merrill Lynch and UBS Paine Webber. Sue earned a B.A. in English Literature from California State University. Sue currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the Bellevue Convention Center and is past Chair of the Bellevue Downtown Association. She enjoys reading, golfing, walking and spending time with her husband.
